Clean rooms with daily towel changes. A decent breakfast spread with cheeses, croissants, and included espresso. A close walk to Loreto station made navigating the city hassle-free.
The ground floor room came with more steps to manage than necessary, and one key policy felt insecure. Street noise seeped in, impacting sleep quality, and a malfunctioning sink stopper added inconvenience.

Great value for money, nice breakfast, comfortable room. It was near a metro station with two lines passing from it, so it was easy and fast to travel around the city.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, and although you have to pay 3 euro per hour, there is wifi in the rooms. The best part of this hotel is the location. It is very conveniently located near many great restaurants and shops. Overall, it is an okay place to stay.
We had some trouble with the airconditioning, which made sleeping very uncomfortable because it is so hot in Milan. Also, the beds were extremely small and the breakfast did not have a large selection of choices.

While the staff was polite, I was shocked by the breakfast, as I didn't expect only two sausages and cold scrambled eggs. I also didn't receive a complimentary upgrade for my stay. The noise from the street was unbearable, so much for a good night's sleep. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Great price for a fairly central hotel in Milan! An easy walk from the central station and close to the metro for getting around on a daily basis. Room wsa dated but perfectly adequate and clean. Breakfast was simple, but again, perfectly adequate since you can have your fill at the buffet. I stayed for one night.
Unfortunately the hotel was very noisy, which led to me being woken up constantly throughout the night, so a very poor night's sleep. I don't know if this is due to poor sound insulation between rooms or just inconsiderate fellow guests slamming doors and shouting in the echoey corridors, so I could not say if it is a fault with the hotel or just bad luck. I am usually a heavy sleeper and not a lot wakes me so the noise really was a problem here!! This was a one night stay as I was extending a businesss trip to see some of the city and I am glad it was not two nights!

Strongly recommend for an overnight stay
Comfortable room, with good amenities like air conditioning and luggage storage. Its proximity to a metro station allowed for easy access around the area.
Breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, with the hot dishes not being replenished adequately throughout the morning.

Fully renovated, neat room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. Very polite and pleasant personnel at night shift, exceptionally comfortable bed.

As in all other Italian hotels, the rooms are small but that does not take the merit of a very clean room, good breakfast and perfect location to travel in Milan. The area which the hotel is situated is very safe and tranquil but close to subwayfacility approx four minute walk. I will definitely return to this hotel when in milan.

Convenient location close to metro station, clean spacious room, access to local eateries
Bathroom size left much to be desired!!! The one key policy needs revising-it's just too cumbersome!!!

A good staff! The friendly, responsive, smiling! The rooms are clean, clean every day. Good breakfast: ham, cheese, eggs, pastries, coffee, juices, all fresh! The area is quiet, to the subway for 10 minutes next to the railway station, which is convenient. Of the minuses, towels seemed incomplete, large towels not changed every day. Breakfast begins at 7:00, inconvenient, I would like before.

Staff friendly, girl suggest very good Italian restaurant for dinner some 15min.walking distance.
Old, small hotel. small rooms, poor breakfast.I didn't like shower room. TV was very, very small and on top, near ceiling. no air-condition for free. They asked for all passports, also of smaller kids. If we choosed to left cars in their backyard, not on street, we should left car keys in reception ("because of security"). It was unpleasant moment!

The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning. I loved having two windows that let in a lot of light and opened up to a nice view of the boulevard. The comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The only downside was the shower size-it felt a bit cramped. But other than that, the room was a solid retreat!

Free WI-FI with good speed. Power outlet by the bed (instead of in an obscure corner). Good to be a 3-star Hotel. The rooms have everything you need and are clean and nice.
